Glitch Studios (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. The following describes what data is handled across our products - this website, stream tools at overlay.glitchstudios.dev, and FiveM scripts distributed via Tebex and GitHub.

• Purchase data - orders placed through our Tebex storefront are processed by Tebex Ltd. We receive only order confirmation details. See Tebex's Privacy Policy for full details.
• Stream tool data - stream overlay tools handle channel names, OAuth tokens, audio snippets, and anonymous visit analytics. Full details are covered in the overlay site's privacy policy.
• Support & Discord - any information you share when contacting support via Discord is used solely to resolve your query and is not shared with third parties.

• No names, email addresses, or personal identifiers are collected by this website directly.
• We do not build profiles, run ads, or perform any behavioural tracking.

• To operate and deliver the features and products you have enabled or purchased.
• To monitor service health and understand aggregate usage trends.
• To detect and prevent abuse or misuse of the service.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Data is shared only in these narrow circumstances:

• Third-party APIs - stream tool data is forwarded to external APIs (Twitch, Kick, AudD/Shazam) solely to fulfil the overlay function.
• Tebex - purchase and licence data is handled by Tebex Ltd as our payment and delivery provider.
• Internal monitoring - a private Discord webhook is used for operational alerts. This is not shared publicly or with third parties.
• Legal requirements - we may disclose information if required by law or in response to a valid legal request.

This site does not set first-party tracking cookies. Third-party scripts (Google Fonts) may set their own cookies subject to their respective policies. Stream tool pages may use localStorage to remember customizer settings between visits.

Our products rely on external services, each subject to their own privacy policy:

• Tebex - payment processing and digital product delivery for FiveM scripts.
• Twitch / Kick - chat & EventSub APIs used by stream tools.
• AudD / Shazam - audio recognition for Now Playing.
• Google Fonts - loaded from Google's CDN; Google may log font requests.

We are not responsible for the data practices of those services.

We do not maintain a user account database. Anonymous analytics data contains no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to you. OAuth tokens used by stream tools are retained only while the associated feature is active and can be removed on request. Purchase records are retained by Tebex in accordance with their policies. All other session data is discarded when a session ends.

You may at any time request deletion of any data we hold, or confirmation of what (if any) data is associated with your channel name or order. Contact us via Discord to exercise any of these rights. For purchase-related data requests, contact Tebex directly.

All stream tools at overlay.glitchstudios.dev are provided free of charge for personal and commercial streaming use. By using them you agree to:

• Use them in compliance with Twitch's Terms of Service and any other platform's rules.
• Not host, resell, or redistribute the overlay source code or service as your own product.
• Not use them to spam, harass, or harm other users.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service.

• Free and open-source resources may be used in personal and commercial server projects under the terms stated in each product's readme or licence file.
• Paid products are licensed to the purchasing Tebex account only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of paid assets is strictly prohibited.
• You may not reverse-engineer, deobfuscate, or modify our products in ways that circumvent licence protections.

Refunds on paid FiveM scripts are handled through Tebex in accordance with their refund policy. Digital goods that have already been accessed or downloaded are generally non-refundable unless the product is significantly not as described. Contact us via Discord if you have a concern.

All products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Features may be changed, paused, or removed at any time without notice. Glitch Studios and its contributors are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to server downtime, stream interruption, data loss, or third-party service outages.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
