Quick answers to common questions

Once you've completed your purchase, grab the files from your Tebex keymaster, drop the resource folder into your server's [resources] directory and add ensure resource-name to your server.cfg. Every resource includes full setup instructions- you can also find them in our docs.

We support ESX, QBCore, QBox and standalone setups across most of our catalogue. If you're unsure about a specific resource, open a ticket in our Discord and we'll let you know.

Because our products are digital, we're unable to offer refunds once delivery has been completed. That said, if something isn't working as expected, open a support ticket and we'll do everything we can to sort it out.

Head over to our Discord server and open a support ticket- our team is around the clock. For free resources, you can use the community-support channel.

Absolutely. Every resource ships with detailed config files so you can tailor things to your server without touching any code. Some resources also include open-source client and shared files for deeper customisation. Escrowed files can't be edited directly, but they expose APIs and exports for easy integration.

They do! Every resource gets regular updates with new features, bug fixes and compatibility improvements. Updates are always free and delivered straight through your Tebex keymaster- no extra cost, ever.
